Quality and production : the mission of Torrefazione Goriziana could be summarized in these two simple key words.

Quality in the choice of the raw materials, analyzed and tested in the lab of quality control and innovation with the tools of last generation, in how the coffee are processed, a separate roasting for every origin and packing in practical and ecological package, and in commercial information provided by a dedicated customer service always available for assistance.

Production in terms of capacity, in continuous growth with an advanced roasting plant able to produce 1.000 kg / hour, a plant for the storage of green coffee beans able to contain up to 40 tons and a warehouse of 1.000 sqm dedicated just for the storage of coffee.

In 2019 a 15 kg roasting machine was added to the industrial plant, equipped with the same technology of the 240 kg industrial roaster, dedicated exclusively to roast organic and specialty coffees.

Thanks to its sartorial way of production Torrefazione Goriziana offers a flexible product suited to the needs of individual traders and distributors due to its wide variety of blends and formats including different types of compatible capsules (Lavazza®* Espresso Point, Nespresso®*, Nescafè®* Dolcegusto®*).

During the years the company invested a lot in order to guarantee services more and more accurate for its customers, from professional training, with our coffee school, IBL - Italian Barista Lab, to the private label, developing of even more possibility of a full customized product.

STAGE 1

CHOICE OF RAW MATERIALS

The raw materials used in our single-origin coffees and blends are chosen on the basis of study, analysis and organoleptic tests​.

STAGE 2

ROASTING

This is the core of our work. The coffee beans selected are roasted separately to bring out their different characteristics.

STAGE 3

TASTING

Each variety of roasted coffee is tasted separately so the result in the cup can be assessed.

STAGE 4

CREATING OUR BLEND

The choice of raw materials, separate roasting, the cup tasting: these are all essential components that make up the unique composition of the Goriziana blends.​

THE SCHOOL

Teaching and training for our customers in-house. We provide the right tools to work with expertise and enhance the quality of our blends.

STAGE 6

PRIVATE LABEL

The graphic study, the analysis of the reference market, the customized brand. The attention of details that distinguishes the uniqueness of a coffee created "in its own image", from the choice of the blend to the realization of final packaging.
